Hello and Welcome! My name is Alex, and I specialize in psychiatric medication management. As a compassionate and experienced provider with advanced training, I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges while building resilience and balance. I am a PMHNP-BC (Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner). These qualifications have shaped my nursing mentality, emphasizing patient engagement, individualized care, compassion, and respect for autonomy in every treatment plan.
My goal is to meet each person with dignity and empathy, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where they feel supported in exploring their thoughts and emotions. I believe in tailoring care to fit each individual's unique needs, blending evidence-based practices with a team-based approach. Together, we’ll collaborate on decisions to ensure you feel empowered and in control of your mental health journey.
I have experience working with a wide range of mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, neurodivergence, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. I also have a special passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community and those managing neurodivergence. Additionally, I am deeply committed to diversity and inclusion, ensuring that all individuals feel welcomed and valued regardless of their background, culture, or identity.
